DVD technology

As a remedy for the defects mentioned above, the market today is moving increasingly in the digital field. Now based on conventional CRT is showing more and to find new technology called LCD, DLP and plasma come. To enjoy the full advantage of that technology, DVD players need a digital connection. DVI (Digital Visual Interface) comes into play. It is much larger band width than traditional analog connections ordered for some new great joy. Although digital formats such as DVI and HDMI are now taken over, continue S-Video cable to be used in many analog devices such as television, VCRs, game consoles and graphics cards. But when it comes to HD-DVD discs, disc detailed High Definition or High Definition Digital Video Disc, is very similar to Blu-ray Discs. This type of disk is developed by a group of consumer electronic / PC companies, headed by Toshiba. They also use a blue-Violet laser to read the contents of the disc, leading to increased storage capacity than ordinary DVD disks. HD-DVD can store 15GB and 30GB one song with two laws, making storage of 10GB law less than Blu-Ray. But Toshiba has announced a triple lag disc can hold 45GB of data, and HD DVD discs can hold two DVD HD DVD and regular information on disk.
